Corrections
A formula reading stands or falls on the ingredient list and the documents behind it. If we read either one wrong, we say so at the place we said it.

Ingredient and claim errors
A misstated INCI position, function, concentration range or regulatory status is corrected in the text with a dated line. A packaging claim we described as documented that lacked documentation is reworded to say what the record supports.

Reformulations
Formulas change. When a product we described is reformulated, the article is updated with the date and the change; the original reading stays visible so readers with the older product are not misled.

Each corrected article lists its corrections at the end, newest first, with the date and a one line description.
